I've added a parent category successfully. However, the child categories I've created do not appear on the home page under the parent category. What am I doing wrong?
Also, once I manage to display the subcategories, how do I move existing posts to those subcategories?

The blog I need help with is texaslonestarreader.wordpress.com.
You can edit a category from Posts > Categories in your dashboard by clicking on the title of the category in question. You'll then be presented with the category edit page where you can change the value in the "Parent" box to make the category in question a subcategory.
Sorry to disappoint, but the subcategories are not marked "Parent," but have that value indicating the Parent I want it to be a child of. (Sorry to end the sentence with a preposition.)
