   I wrote a new post and noticed that all my Categories in the sidebar were missing - whcih meant I couldn't apply one.

   I checked Manage > Categories and they're still listed there. However, when I go to Manage > Posts, nearly all my posts on the first page are missing their categories. I just went back in there, and of the four posts that still had categories listed a few minutes ago, now only three have categories... it's like they're disappearing before my eyes!

   Anyone else having this problem?

   I am also experiencing this issue... I am a constant blogger and its hard not being able to categorize without typing every catergory... I can see all the categories under manage but not in the write post sidebar... PLEASE HELP!!!

   My categories have also disappeared from my actual blog... PLEASE HELP!!!

   I have noticed a few flutters in Word Press tonight...the comments aren't counting within the individual posts and the categories aren't showing up in the entries. PLUS on the sidebar the recent posts aren't showing up by title.

   And restrain yourself from making these emotional pleas. Staff is working to correct the problem. Remain calm. Find something else to do and remember there are back-ups. In the final analysis it's only a blog. The problem will be fixed. It's not the end of the world.
