   Just wondering how to list your categories at the TOP of your blog as opposed to the side?

   example: http://rebuildmycreditmortgage.wordpress.com/
   Those are categories, not pages (I know the blog owner...) how did they get them up there?

   I am looking to replicate this on another blog... tips?

   The blog I need help with is rebuildmycreditmortgage.wordpress.com.
