   How can I make the title of my blog show the category name and post/page title in the same title.

   For example, I want the titles to read:
   BlogTitle >> Category Title >> Post/Page Title

   examples:
   BlogTitle >> Free Fishing >> Post Title
   BlogTitle >> Commericial Fishing >> Page Title

   Afraid you don't. You would have to modify the theme to do that and, since we're on a shared environment here, it can't be done.
