When I view my web site online...all of my category titles begin with "archive Category..." how can I get rid of this?

This is actually how your theme displays the category title. It cannot be changed, but other themes may be more to your liking.

I'm pretty sure nothing can be done about that, but as it is a premium theme, I recommend contacting the developer directly for help: http://premium-themes.forums.wordpress.com/forum/elemin
For future reference, there will be a link for the specific Premium Theme support forum under Appearance -> Themes in your blog’s Dashboard, but the theme needs to be active and you need to be signed in as the user who purchased it in order to see it.
