Center Menu Bar

  1. Hey all, I really need help trying to center my menu bar.... Currently, it looks like this: http://www.ajpsblogging.wordpress.com --> I tried going into the CSS style and putting this in:

    #menu-primary {
    margin: 0 0 12px;
    width: 100%;
    }
    This moved up everything to one line which is great... But the menu still isn't centered. I've tried text-align:center; as well, but to no avail.... Please help!

    The blog I need help with is ajpsblogging.wordpress.com.

  2. This should center the menu bar:

    #menu-primary .menu {<br /> float: none;<br /> width: 850px;<br /> margin-left: auto;<br /> margin-right: auto;<br /> }

  3. Let's try that again, I don't seem to be able to edit that comment:

    #menu-primary .menu {
    float: none;
    width: 850px;
    margin-left: auto;
    margin-right: auto;
    }

  4. wow. thank you so much john!

  5. @johnconners: Don't use code tags. To display HTML or CSS in these forums, enclose it in backticks (see the note on allowed markup).

  6. Thanks @justpi, forgot where I was for a moment and remembered a millisecond after I hit 'Submit'! :)
