Hello! I really want to change my blog name not means about blog title or blog address.
As I changed on blog title , I sure it only change the title of my blog. But what I want is to change my blog name as we already saw when we first register new blog or when we go to Dashboard>My Blog> "BLOG NAME" this what I want to change.
Plz help.....

The blog name and the site title and the blog title are all the same thing - it's semantics.
If all you really want to do is change the site title then note what follows. Provided you are logged in under the username account that registered the blog then, Site titles (Blog Names) and Taglines located here > Settings > General can easily be changed at any time.
But if your want to change the blog address or URL then followthis guide and know that you must be logged in under the exact username account that registered the blog in order to change it.
