   I'm going mad on this.

   I have the CSS mods package on blog.kothea.com.

   On the RHS menus I have how can i change the color of JUST the 'REQUEST SAMPLES' menu option (so it is the same color regardless of state: hover, visited, etc)

   The blog I need help with is blog.kothea.com.

   Does this do what you want? Changing the color of course....

   #menu-item-2290 a:link{color:#00cc00;}
   #menu-item-2290 a:hover{color:#00cc00;}
   #menu-item-2290 a:active{color:#00cc00;}
