Change font size and style of author/category/comment

    Hi,

    I'd like to change the style of the bit under each post that reads "By xxx | Posted in Uncategorized | Edit | Leave a Comment"

    I want to remove italics, capitalize everything and shrink the size. Ideally I'd also like to change the wording here (remove "posted in" and "leave a"

    Any ideas how to do this?

    It appears that you have the CSS editing upgrade. Have you read this post? http://csswiz.wordpress.com/2009/10/15/if-you-have-the-wp-com-css-upgrade/

    This area falls under:

    .post-footer {
    font-family:"INSERT FONT NAME HERE";
    font-size:xxem; (usually a 1.0 or 1.2 work here, but it's your preference)
    font-style:normal;
    text-transform:Uppercase;
    }

    ImAprilE,

    It's really cool of you to try helping others, just a little observation:

    If the OP is using the same theme as yours, then your code will apply, if not then it will do nothing. CSS is theme dependent and not all code will work.

    Dang, sorry! I hadn't a clue. Again, I learn something new everyday! Thought I'd pay it forward, with you've taught me. I'll keep my "lessons" to myself now. :)

    Not at all! My comment was not meant to discourage you or diminish your contribution... au contraire, it was just something to expand your knowledge and make you aware that not all codes will apply. This might clarify things a bit.

    Thought I'd pay it forward...

    That's why I said it's really cool of you, and I meant it. One of the reasons I like lending a hand is because others where kind enough to teach me the ropes when I was learning (and I'm still learning). This is a way for me to thank them their teachings.
