Change tags in cloud tag

    I am trying to have a clod tag in my web page. I do not want the system to select the words from the blog or the page and display it on the cloud tag. I wish to the cloud sholud contain only the words I want and they should be hyperlinked, redirecting to other pages i my own web page. I do not know how to write the code or what to modify in the wp_cumulus widget to get the desired result.

    Could someone please help me?????
