I mistakenly invited people to join my blog as viewers. I want them to be authors. the instructions for changing roles indicate that I should click on avatars, but only one of them has an avatar. How can i change the role to authors if there is no avatar?
The blog I need help with is fallcomm333.wordpress.com.
You'll need to remove them from the Viewer list first at Settings -> Reading in your blog's Dashboard.
Then, you can re-invite them as Authors.
