Changed my username and wordpress url, still showing old name on my blog page

I've cleared my cookies, etc. How do I make the new one be active to someone viewing the page?

The littleleah78 appears at the top of the blog as my title.
Site Titles (Blog Names) and/or optional Taglines can be changed at any time here > Settings > General.
Thank you. I'll try to find "settings". This site is a little hard to navigate! I'm always getting lost! I was able to change all the other stuff with the old name, but it's still popping up in a couple of places.
Found it! Thanks again! And here I was thinking I was tech savvy!
