A tool is provided to change the blog address but the tool is not currently available. The following message appears when I select "Change Blog Address" : "WordPress.com Blog/Site Address Change This tool is temporary disabled. Check back in a few days."
It's been "temporarily disabled" for at least a week and I'd like to know when it will be available agin or if there is another way to change the blog address.
The blog I need help with is jack15324.wordpress.com.
I'm sorry but we Volunteers do not have an answer to that question.

No at this point in time we have no idea what stage the work Staff are doing is at or when the toll will be available again.

Whew ... glad we got that straightened out. I was beginning to think that you were referring to the Staff as trolls :)
Let me ask you this. Can I create a new blog with the name I want then transfer existing posts (only a few) over to the new blog?

Assuming that you do successfully create a new .wordpress.com blog you can either export and import or as you have only a few posts you could copy and paste.
