Hi. I can't change my admin email for one of my blogs. I want my blog admin email to be the same as my account email, but I can't. I did update my account email but it seems I left out my blog admin email.
The blog I need help with is deprenent.wordpress.com.
When did you last try this? Staff mentioned a problem earlier today, but now says it's resolved:

When you register a username account all that's required is an email address and it becomes your unique identifier. http://en.support.wordpress.com/email-address/ You cannot access any blog unless you are logged under the exact same username account that registered the blog.
You have two separate email address settings at WordPress.com.
Blog notifications for the admin (like comment moderation, Likes, new subscriptions, etc) are sent to the email address at Settings -> General in the Dashboard.
Personal notifications (like comments on your post, subscription emails, and upgrade renewals) are sent to the email address at Users -> Personal Settings in the Dashboard.
Try changing it at http://wordpress.com/#!/settings/ first.
If that doesn't work, try Users -> Personal Settings in your blog's Dashboard.

I need changing the email address at Dashboard->Settings, I think that's the email used for confirmation when deleting a blog. There's a note below the field that says:
This address is used for admin purposes. If you change this we will send you an e-mail at your new address to confirm it. The new address will not become active until confirmed.
There is a pending change of the admin e-mail to XXXXX. Cancel
Please, the new address I'm trying to use there doesn't get the confirmation email. I don't understand what's happening. I just want the blog email to be the same as my account email. I can manage the blog but the old email address is no longer active and I can't change it.

Hi there - I've removed the pending email change so you can try again. Your email provider may be sending our emails straight to spam, so you might try seeing if you can whitelist emails from the wordpress.com domain to make sure it gets through.
I already looked for it in the spam folder without luck, now it's in my inbox. Thank you very much.
