I've tried to change the name address several times but when I click the Review Changes button, this is the message I get:

Please remember that you have to provide the full, complete Blog URL, otherwise we can not fix it.

The blog I need help with is traymarartists.wordpress.com.
Provided you are logged in under the username account that registered the blog then, Site titles (Blog Names) and Taglines located here > Settings > General can easily be changed at any time.
There are two ways to chnage a blog address.

Or did you want to do this? Purchase a domain mapping upgrade and then follow all the steps http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/

My advice is to do exactly what the error message told you to do.
