   Is it possible to change the name of my blog?

   The blog I need help with is sandralgarth.wordpress.com.

   If this is the blog you are talkiing about, http://sandralgarth.wordpress.com/ , then yes, go to settings > general and you can change your title there. Make sure and click "save changes" when done.

   Also, please provide a link to your blog when asking questions here in the forums since typically we have to look at your blog in order to help.

   i purchased the upgrade to have a .com for my blog. but it hasn't worked as of yet. (a few weeks)...how can i get some help with this?

   Did you follow the instructions in this support document http://support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/ ?
