   Some of my catefgories are too detailed, so I would like to change them to tags. The trouble is, not all the categories show up on the conversion page.

   How can I convert the categories that don't show?

   I'm not sure you can, but perhaps someone who knows for sure will be along soon.

   But how detailed are your categories? Have you tried making them shorter?
