Changing column width without moving widgets to the bottom of the page

    Right now I don't like the width of my website's columns; they're a bit too skinny for my tastes. I'd like to increase the column width somewhat, but when I do this the widgets are re-positioned to the very bottom of the page. Is there a way to increase column width without this happening?

    The blog I need help with is alfredmacdonald.com.

    I posted this six days ago. Where can I contact the Staff about this?

  4. To increase the width of the columns in the Ascetica theme, add the following to your Appearance → Custom Design → CSS editor:

    #page {
    	width: 1440px;
    }

    Adjust the number as necessary.
