When I click on categories in my category cloud my page displays with the following title:
Category Archives: [category]
I would like to change this so that it simply states the category as the title (followed by a colon), without being prefaced by "Category Archives"

Your theme is a premium theme and we Volunteers answering questions on this forum have no knowledge of how they are designed to operate, and no access to the themes, so posting to this forum is not likely to be productive. When you purchased your premium theme what came with that purchase was support directly from the theme designer. When you purchased the custom design upgrade you also purchased Staff support. There is a link for the specific Premium Theme support forum under Appearance -> Themes in your blog’s Dashboard
Sorry, but that really isn't something that can be edited via CSS. If the two parts of the title were under separate selectors, then you could hide "category archives," but they are both under one selector in the CSS.
