Changing header case

  1. I am using Premium "Minimum" theme but I want my header in Sentence Case, not the default UPPER CASE.
    How do I change this please?

    The blog I need help with is envisagedcity.com.

  2. Unless there is something at appearance > header or appearance > theme options, it would require modification of the CSS and that requires the Custom Design Upgrade.

    You can put this into the CSS edit window at appearance > custom design > CSS and then use the preview button to see the results.

    #title {
    text-transform: none;
    }
  3. Thanks thesacredpath.
    There is nothing at appearance > header / theme options.
    It's a little odd to be expected to pay more money for a such a simple change on a premium theme advertsied as having custom design header (caps to sentence case).
    The header is the identity of the blog, and identities are usually case-sensitive when written for viewing.

  4. Custom header refers to the ability to add a custom header image to the theme. I've not seen any themes here that allow you to change case on the site title (or font or font size). More premium (for self-hosted sites) themes are offering that level of customization via the dashboard but they are typically in the $100 to $150 range since it takes a ton of time to for a designer to code up and test stuff like that.
