   In CSS in won't browse for a file on my computer so i can then upload it to change my header. Can any one help?

   You upload the file using the regular Upload function on the Write Post page. Then you grab the URL of the file and put it in the proper place in your CSS. You can't use the regular upload header function when you've got custom CSS.
