I share most of my posts on my FB page. At first, it used the Gravatar that came with the page (the default one) and I liked it. Then, I changed my theme and it changed the image and I liked it. Now, it changed again (to a giant W) and I don't like it. How can I change this image?

Hi. I would say it's a coincidence if the image picked up by Facebook was your Gravatar. Normally, it would pick an image from your post.
