changing jetpack sharedaddy email share source email

  1. Sharing a post via email by using Jetpack's Sharedaddy's email button results in the recipient receiving an email from the [email redacted] rather than from either the subdomains email address or the actual sender's address. Any way to change this default in the script and specify an alternate email source? Recipients of an email share shouldn't see the email address of our main domain.

The blog I need help with is www.eastofedencooking.com.

  2. The blog you specified at http://www.eastofedencooking.com does not appear to be hosted at WordPress.com.

This support forum is for blogs hosted at WordPress.com. If your question is about a self-hosted WordPress blog then you'll find help at the WordPress.org forums.

If you don't understand the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org, you may find this information helpful.

If you forgot to include a link to your blog, you can reply and include it below. It'll help people to answer your question.

    This is an automated message.

  3. Although WordPress.com is not hosting our site (nor is WordPress.org) we are registered and connected to WordPress.com and using the Jetpack Sharedaddy widgets. The widget script is the issue we addressed, not a hosting configuration. I would assume you support the plug-ins you offer, but if not I can easily remove them from our site.

Jetpack is not supported here at wordpress.COM forums, it has its own forums and website at http://jetpack.me/support/ . The volunteers here in the wordpress.COM forums have little to no knowledge of it.

Actually they don't have a forum, but at the bottom of the page I reference is a contact form link that you can use to contact them.
