First off, I do have the Custom CSS Upgrade.
A) Is somebody able to help me change the colors in the nav bar of the Shelf theme? Im looking to change the highlighted page color from the default yellow to red.
B) I created a custom menu and lost the "home" button. Is there a way to re-add it to the nav bar, yet still maintain the other custom options?

Your theme is a premium theme and we Volunteers answering questions on this forum have no knowledge of how they are designed to operate. Posting to this forum is not likely to be productive.
