   I remember doing this when I set up my blog initially but can't remember how I did it.
   A search here gave me:
   This will limit the number of posts shown on your front page.
   -> Options -> Reading {scroll down }
   Blog Pages
   Show at most: ___ posts (fill in number}
   -> Update Options {to save changes}
   but I don't seem to have "Options". Am I missing something obvious? I think I've tried all the available menus.

   Go to Settings and change it on the Reading page.

   Thanks for that. I'd missed the change in menu headings when I selected 'settings'.
