changing page title hover colour

    Hi I want to change the link hover colour on my wordpress.com page It is currently blue but I want it to be pink - is there any way of doing this without upgrading to css - RoRo the destroyer

    No I'm sorry but it can't be done without a custom design upgrade and CSS editing.
