My current theme is Blaskan amd the tags and the category of a post is posted below it. I wanted to change the tag and category location so that it will be located on top of a post but I don't know how to do this. Please help:)

If you know how to edit CSS well, you can buy the Custom Design upgrade and move things around, but I am not myself sure that this is one of the things you can move. Try in the free CSS edit preview and see. Some themes display them where you want; you might want to just change themes.
