Changing the blog name (not a noob question)

For some reason my blog, whose Site Name (in Settings > General) is "Arctic Progress", appears as arcticprogress on the dropdown menu at the top-right.

It's totally minor, but I would like it to appear there not as arcticprogress but as "Arctic Progress", i.e. with space breaks and capitals. How do I do that?
