I'm trying to change the image in the customizable header on my blog. I get a message indicating that the new header was accepted, but it is not updating. Does anyone know what I could be doing wrong?

Thank you. There are some issues with the cropping tool lately; have you cropped the header after you've uploaded it? What kind of file are you uploading, and what size is it (in pixels)?
Hi, The photos I've tried to upload are JPGS. The dimensions are about 2848x2134. I'll try uploading a pre-cropped image. Maybe that would help. Thank you.

Yes, the cropping has been iffy lately, and I think the size of the image might have had something to do with the problem also. I don't think the cropping feature can work with images that large.
Tried that - now have a blank header and nothing will shift it.
