I am looking to change one letter in my blog's url. Do I need to simply create a new blog with the intended url, or is there a way to do this from the blog I already created?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is no way to edit a URL. You have to use this process for changing a blog address ie. URL. http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/
