Charged three times for a domain/upgrade.

    I recently registered a domain and when the screen began to load i came to a maintenance screen. I foolishly refreshed the screen and have now been charged three times for one domain and there is no history of it in my upgrades or billing history for me to cancel.

    I have three payment receipts. Hoping to get all of these refunded before the 48 hour period. Thank you.

    Could not find out any other way to contact support.

    I can see where there were three $26 charges, however all three were voided before they could be fully charged. They should not have even gone all the way through to be charges on your card.

  • I figured that when they were not in my history but there are three charges taken from my bank statement, I have a screen shot of it as early as today if that would help? Through email possibly?

    Have the charges fully cleared within your account, or are they still showing as pending? Just clarifying so that I have the correct information if I need to take this to another department here! :)

  • They appear to be fully charged. It was pending for a couple of days assuming it would reverse, but then fully showed up as charged and withdrew all in a row and it reflects in the total.

  • OK, thanks for giving me that additional information! I’ve put this issue in front of the department who will be able to research the triple charge and as soon as I have any additional information I will let you know!

  • Actually, a quick follow up question for you.

    Did you want to still want to register the domain, and to be certain, what was the domain which you wanted? If you still wanted it, we will refund 2 of the 3 purchases. If you didn’t want it anymore we can refund all three.
