This is not a option that we can turn off or on. I clearly see an "older posts" link on the bottom of the front page of your blog. http://sweetsuite10.wordpress.com/page/2/
I suggest that you reduce the number of posts appearing on your front page as it's far too long and each post contains large images. This slows down page loading time and also compels readers to scroll and scroll. Page loading time is a page ranking factor. Moreover recent testing demonstrates that visitors will wait only 3 - 4 seconds for a page to load and if they are faced with controlling, scrolling, scrolling they click out never to return. You can do that here > Settings > Reading
Blog pages show at most__posts
Click "save changes"
If you wish you can edit the posts and insert "the more tag" into them. That will provide readers with excerpts followed by Continue reading » links they can click to view the full post on its own page. http://en.support.wordpress.com/splitting-content/more-tag/
Example here > http://thistimethisspace.com
Note that I also use the "Concise" archive style.
