child pages not showing under parent

    Hello,

    I am unable to create a page that is a child to a parent page; specifically, when I post the new page, having given it a parent, I cannot find it off the website. For example, if I click the parent off the menu, or put my mouse over the parent page tab (in the menu) off the homepage, there is no reference to the child page that I created.

    And yet, I can click on the child page - as a stand alone page - within the available list of pages and it indicates its child status with the "-" dash mark.

    I will keep tinkering, but I have not had any luck.

    Some themes display child pages as dropdowns in the regular top menu and some (including the one you're using) don't. You need to create and activate a custom menu - see here:
