Chose new colour palette, how do I get all links to appear light blue?

  1. Hi,

    Really happy with my upgrade, moreso than I thought I would be.

    How can I get all links on the pages to appear in the standard light blue link colour, without changing any of my other colour palette colours?

    Is there an easy way? I have no time to learn CSS.

    Thanks, JBS

    The blog I need help with is jbsnews.com.

  2. @jbsnews, I think this will get you where you want to be. Delete the informational text and add the following to the Custom CSS (Appearance > Custom Design > CSS tab). The blue color I included is the same as in the twitter widget. I've also included the CSS for the hover color for links if you desire to change that from the medium grey color.

    a {
        color: #22A0D6;
    }

    If you want to change the link hover color and underline, add this and edit the color code as desired. To get rid of the underline on hover, change "underline" in the text-decoration declaration "none".

    a:hover {
    color: #666666;
    text-decoration: underline;
    }
