Not to worry as our Moderators will move this thread. Please do not create yet another one. On the front page of the forum look at the column on the left hand side of the pages. There you find links to all the sub-forums, including the CSS Forum. Note also if you click your username at the top of the forum page

If you only want to make the text of the Tools submenu smaller, try this:
#menu-item-208 .sub-menu li a {font-size: 90% !important;}You can play with the value of the "font-size" property.
