Hi! I have just changed the theme of my blog. Unfortunately when I swapped from Kubrick to Clean Homethe right hand side bar seems to be having issues.
The widgets such as archives start right at the end of the page instead of up close to the header!
Please help!!!!

Every time we change themes the existing widgets we are using migrate into the Inactive Widgets box. The new theme will have a sidebar display that does not contain actual widgets. All we do is go here > Appearance > Widgets and drag install the widgets we want from the Inactive Widgets box.
The reason your sidebar has fallen and is displaying below your posts is typically caused by an open HTML tag in one of your posts which is usually a result of due to copying and pasting.
Go to Settings > Writing and select “ ___ WordPress should correct invalidly nested XHTML automatically” and then scroll down and click “Save Changes.”
Now, starting with your latest post, open it in the editor, make one minor change such as adding a space and then deleting it, and then click “Update Post.” Check your blog and see if it is back to normal.

You apparently had customized the CSS on the previous theme. CSS is theme specific so what is in your CSS edit window right now is causing your site to blow up using Clean Home.
Go to appearance > custom design > CSS tab and delete everything from the CSS edit window, make sure "add to existing..." is checked and click "save change."
Also at wordpress.COM, do not paste the entire stylesheet into your CSS edit window. Put in on the specific selectors, and the specific declarations that you are adding or changing otherwise it can cause all sorts of mischief with many of the themes here.
@inkywrists: It seems you have the CSS upgrade, and you have retained the CSS of Kubrick although you switched to a different theme. CSS is theme-specific: what's right for one theme is wrong for another. Go to Appearance > Custom Design > CSS and delete everything from the CSS editor.
And when you start making changes, don't paste the entire stylesheet: only add what you wish to change.
