Click or referrer takes me back to my reader?

    When I am checking stats and I click on the click or referrer tabs, they both show wordpress.com as the "visitor", if you will? When I click on the wordpress.com it takes me back to my own reader...blogs I follow page. Why?

    The blog I need help with is naturallynatalie.wordpress.com.
