Every time I write a post, it clocks in as 5 hrs ahead of when I wrote it e.g. I write a post at 8pm on Feb 9th and it comes up as a post from 1am Feb 10th. How do I synch up the clocks?

Dashboard >> Settings >> General;
Set Timezone.
