You can delete undesired blogs following this guide: http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
Alternatively, you could hold on to them in case you need them later by making them private via Settings -> Reading in your blog's Dashboard: http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/
