insidetheclassroomoutsidetheboxI want to create a new account that lets me co-blog with someone else. I don't want them to have access to my own blog on that account. Can I start a new blog with that account or should I start a whole new account?

They open their own account - no need for a blog -
You can then make the new blog (use your existing account) - then invite your friend to the new blog - they only have access to a blog you give them access to - they can't see any other blog you might have unless you invite them into that blog
