Now I would like to add the "mail-service" from the sidebar as an option in the text-field, can I somehow make a HTML-code that does that?

Hi. If you are talking about WordPress.com's own email subscription service, you can only insert it as a widget. (There is no HTML code you can add to a post or a widget).
If you are talking about an external service like Feedburner, you need to get the code/URL from their website.
