I was wondering if it were possible to display the blog rolls in the side bar in a collapsed version? Can you press on the category and then the links designated to that category expand? Is there a way to do this? My blog is looking cluttered with all the blog rolls and I really want to avoid adding an additional page to my blog. TIA :)

You could make a scroll box, which is something I've been considering doing myself, now that my blog links are getting so long:
