acfitnesshi, i have 2 separate wordpress blogs under 2 different accounts. can i combine the two so that i don't have to keep logging out of one to update the other? Thanks.

Yes. Say you have User1 with 1.wordpress.com and User2 with 2.wordpress.com
Sign in as User1 and make User2 an administrator of 1.wordpress.com. Then you can administer both blogs from User2.
