Comment Luv Plug In

    Why is it that wordpress.org allows this plug in and wordpress.com does not? Am I wrong ... please HELP

    The blog I need help with is simplifybysara.wordpress.com.

    There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we cannot install plugins.
