How can I change settings so people who post comments to my site are notified when I respond on the site? Until now I have been responding in individual e-mails since when I responded on the site, they had no way of knowing that I responded

There's no medium for pushing out notifications of this kind, unless your commenters themselves have signed up to receive comment notifications for your blog.

We use our blog as a communication tool for our managers. We need to all get notified of all Comments. If WordPress isn't the solution than what is? I love the post by email and don't want to lose that feature.
