Are you referring to the comment bubble? Submitting a comment on any blog here using any theme is don't by clicking the Blog Title first or by clicking the "leave a comment" link. The only way of changing what you have now is to purchase a custom design upgrade so you can do CSS editing. http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/
