I like to reorder my comments on one page.
Its about the guest book. I call it on my blog gastenbook.
I know that I need to use <h2 id="post-52">Gastenboek</h2>.
On that page only I want to see my new comments first and see my old comments last.
Can this be done?

Not with the set up we have here at wp.com. You would have to edit the code to make the changes and you would be doing that for everybody on the servers.
