Is it possible to set it so a user who makes a comment can set a subscrpition that some one responded to their comment.
For example some one posted a comment and then there was a link next to their name and they click "reply to this comment", and then a notification is sent out to that user.
no current comment subscription available at the moment except for the 'my comments' feature in dashboard, which is available to anyone who signs up to be a wp.com member (no need to have a blog to be a member).
