   How can I make my name appear as a link to my blog (on wordpress) when I leave comments on other wordpress blogs?

   There should be a filed asking for "website" or something similar. Just past the URL to your blog there before you submit your comment.

   You can set this on Users. That should take care of things/.

   It's Dashboard -> Users -> Your profile -> The field labeled 'Website' under Contact Info. Do remember that it's asking for a URL so be sure to include the 'http://' bit.
